If you've previously grown Micros, you may be wondering how to create your own custom Micro Greens Mix. First, start with varieties of varying colors, flavors, and textures. Once you’ve done this, we suggest you try one of these two methods:
-Grow the individual components and then blend together once harvested. This allows for varieties of different growth rates to be seeded on separate days so that they will be ready for harvest at the same time.
When creating your custom mix, be sure to keep detailed records of varieties, seeding dates, and the percentages of each component used to ensure that once an interesting mix has been discovered it can be easily recreated.
